Bare Fern Apparel will provide a detailed mockup of any custom products ordered, prior to being made. At that time it is your responsibility to confirm all details are correct. If there are changes to be made you are provided up to three mock ups. Once you have confirmed in writing that you approve and payment has been received, production of your order will start. Keep in mind that once the design is approved and in production, your order can no longer be modified.
